Wow, I haven't seen this for years! I love this man too and this series inspired me to do what I do today (write kid's TV shows). Thanks for reminding me.

i haven't seen that before. thanks for sharing the link. i'm at a point where i'm trying to go from working at a job that pays the bills to working at something that i really enjoy (and pays the bills eventually, i hope!). that video was very inspiring.

smoochy-woochy honey-babes

:-) :-)

One of my friends introduced me as a "major book babe" one time. Now I guess I'm a "smoochy-woochy major book honey-babe" or maybe it's "major smoochy-woochy honey book-babe"???

Thanks for the sharing the clip of inspiration!!

OHHH! Thank you so much for posting this! I saw this series when it was first shown on PBS, and sat in "rapture" before these men, who were talking about things that were cropping up in my path constantly at the time (and still are). Joseph Campbell was someone that had such a beautiful mission in life: to teach us how to really live!

I felt like I knew Joseph Campbell well because of graduate work in mythology, but I have never seen this video.

It's lovely.

Thank you for the link.

Passions & Distractions

Isn't it funny how someone will post something sometimes and, even though everyone may not realise it, it's exactly thing one needs to hear the most at that moment? Thank you for that!

you said it sister!

That is so wonderful. I have never seen that before, and it is so needed. Thank you so much for sharing that.

Right back at ya! And thank you..

Nicky Fraser

That was amazing. I am very interested in following a more spiritual path, and this was right up my street! Wonderful.. I've never heard of this guy before. I feel more research coming on!

so retro and yet so with it.

and we loves your smoochy-woochy-self and your darling honey-babe bears. are you working on a bear? maybe? could be? we'll be patient.

Thanks for the link. I wrote about Joseph Campbell recently and I've started rereading the book based on the televised interview. I will enjoy watching it again.

The panda looks adorable.

and you are so part of that in my world too, being one of the first craft blogs i read, i was amazed by the beauty you created {and still am}. hope you had a wonderful v-day!

Thank you so much for sharing that video!

i love Joseph Campbell. That was wonderful watching that. I'm going to show it to my daughter who is always worrying about what she's "good" at. That's not the point is it? Thanks for posting that link.

Weird - came to this via someone else. I was listening to The Secret last night (my sister sent it to me) and the word Bliss was mentioned in that too so I just had to click on your link too. Great interview and thanks so much. BTW just been down to your neck of the woods for half term and it was lovely.
