This week's wip

making dresses for little girls

who find it very hard to sit still.

Next I'll be deciding on fabrics to make my bag.

Then later I'll be looking at this found via We made this, and then I shall flicker over to read the captions and the comments on my favourite flickr person's photo's.

He's as mad as a bush you know.

(mad as in 'crazy' mad, this is a local expression, but some of you might find it rather appropriate to your part of the world).

As for me, I couldn't possibly comment.

Men I fancy.

This chap was on the tv today, his work was AMAZING !. I mean , really, how can a person do that ?

And he was so sweet, he said when he was about 5 years old, he was fascinated with ants and was concerned that they didn't have any homes or furniture, so he decided to make them some.

He went on to say that his paintbrushes are made from a single hair. Not a human hair, that's too thick - he uses a hair from a fly's back.

He then paused for a second and said  'Although, I could never kill a fly - it might have a wife and family waiting for him to come home'.

How can you not love a man who thinks that way ?

It's Billy's birthday on Monday, so tonight he get's his Nintendo wii that he has had to save up half of the money for (this has been an extremely hard thing for Billy to do as money burns a huge hole in his pocket).

He gets it tonight so the menfolk in the house can play on it all weekend, probably only stopping to eat and wee. That's probably why it's called what it is - to remind you to go to the lavvy and not pee your pants.

Molly and I will be left in peace to make beaded bracelets and a sleeping bag for her teddy.

Bliss.

and has been practising tricky words and phrases everyday.

and all will be packed into a little orange box, which will be fastened and wrapped securely (Presley is also considering a career in escapology).

The cash won't be going to me, but to Billy's Teacher ( Hellooo Mrs Hackman ! ) who is raising money for a cancer charity, so I will throw in free p&p as well.

This is my good deed for the day, to try and balance out how eeevil I am normally.
